There's a ton of fake information about what actually works to lose weight.
Everybody is different so a one-size fits all plan never works (which is what most programs use).
We're all busier than ever and don't have hours to go to the gym each week. Most plans are not a sustainable option.
Most of the time when you lose weight, you gain it all back... and some (because you haven't been shown the right things to do).
Diets don't work, gyms are expensive, losing weight by yourself is almost impossible, and nowadays everybody and their grandmother is trying to give weight loss advice.
Other programs don't use scientific evidence to support their advice. They don't account for important conditions like your lifestyle history, hormone imbalances, sleep, stress, illnesses, and family priorities which affects you personally and needs to be addressed individually.
